Hi, my name is Kate, but my friends call me Katia! I’m a Los Angeles-based character & prop designer passionate about TV animation, short-form storytelling, and mixed media design.
I’ve worked with creative studios like Psyop, Roger, Gnet Agency, & Magnetic Dreams in both 2D and CG pipelines. I’m also a graduate of Art Center College of Design ‘18

In my free time, I enjoy analog photography, gallery-hopping, and nerding out about film. I grew up in a multicultural household, as a half Slavic/half Middle Eastern child of immigrants, and am inspired by stories with folklore, sci-fi, & magical realism. When not drawing, I can be found exploring LA with a 35mm film camera or volunteering with my local Ukrainian community building medical kits for those affected by the war.
